Scholarships
At the Knowledge to Heal Foundation, we believe financial barriers should never prevent someone from pursuing education, healing, or meaningful career opportunities. Our scholarship program supports individuals who are working to overcome personal and financial challenges while striving to build a better future for themselves and their families.
We provide scholarships to low-income students, especially those who have experienced hardship, are managing mental-health challenges, or are working toward careers in healthcare or community service. Our goal is to ensure that motivated learners—regardless of their circumstances—have the resources they need to continue their education and move forward with confidence.
Who Is Eligible
Our scholarships are open to applicants who meet one or more of the following:
-
Low-income individuals or families
-
Students pursuing a healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, CNA, medical assisting, behavioral health)
-
Individuals experiencing mental-health or emotional wellness challenges
-
Single parents or caregivers
-
First-generation students
-
Community members committed to improving their lives through education or skills development
We intentionally keep our eligibility criteria broad to ensure support reaches those who need it most.
Application Deadlines
The Knowledge to Heal Foundation accepts scholarship applications on a rolling basis, meaning there is no fixed deadline. Students can apply at any time throughout the year, and applications are reviewed in the order they are received.
This approach allows us to support individuals exactly when they need help, rather than making them wait for a once-a-year cycle. Whether a student is facing sudden financial hardship, beginning a new program, or needing assistance to stay in school, rolling applications ensure access to support when it matters most.
Awards are distributed based on available funding, and applicants who apply earlier will have a greater chance of receiving assistance during each cycle. If funds are temporarily limited, eligible applicants will be placed on a priority waitlist and notified as soon as additional resources become available.
